Many new private houses share the property with you, giving a sense of friendly community. The open-air dining room and amenities complex serves as the social focal-point, and it looks out on the large attractive pool which in turn overlooks the tennis courts and first tee of the golf course. The weather there is just wet enough to keep the course and gardens green and full of flowers, without being persistently damp. The course itself is a delightful expression of the gardeners' art! There is plenty to do in this area, and a nearby all-inclusive resort will admit you to their facilities (including a casino) if you wish some diversion. The village of Tambor with its restaurants and shops is just a few minutes away.

Notes The Tambor area is shared by several hotels, but each giving the other sufficient separation to ensure a sense of idyllic quiet privacy. The nearby village has restaurants and shops and has its own public beach access. A short drive to the west side of the peninsula will take you to the surfing centres of Santa Teresa and Malpais, or to the jungle streams flowing towards Montezuma. The area is full of wildlife and gorgeous scenery.

Cancellation Policy:
Full prepayment is taken by Inns of Costa Rica. In low season (Aug to Dec 16 and April 1 to June 28) if the reservation is cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival, the total amount of the booking will be refunded minus a 15% admin fee. If cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival the the prepayment will be refunded minus one nights stay. In high season (Dec 17 to April 8 and June 29 to July 29) if cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival the total amount of the booking will be refunded minus a 15% admin fee. If cancelled 15-7 days prior to arrival 50% of prepayment will be refunded. If cancelled seven days or less full amount of prepayment will be retained. In case of no show full amount of prepayment will be retained.
