Bright and playful, Villas Kalimba is a perfect fit for Playa Samara. Its Italian owner Roberto and family have recently built this remarkable small resort in the heart of the village. Walled all around to maintain the quiet and secure atmosphere, the villas have a Mediterranean style and are decorated in happy colours. It is no surprise to find your hosts so full of enthusiasm for their new endeavour and their obvious aim is to make their guests as happy as they are. It is a relaxing, informal scene around the poolside bar and dining area. The restaurant is for hotel guests only and the menu shows only one choice - what the family wants you to eat that night! You will not be disappointed. For cuisine variety there are numerous restaurants within 5 minutes' walk, and the lovely beach is only a block away, but one could spend every minute of their vacation within the walls and be thoroughly content. The rooms are cheerfully painted and decorated, spacious and very comfortable.

Notes

Samara's beach is lined with palms and is washed with gentle surf. Swimming and sunning are excellent here, and the village provides sustenance, refreshment, and entertainment. It is a quiet, charming village that has yet to be attacked by development.
