A 10% non-refundable deposit will be taken by Inns en Route upon confirming your reservation. Breakfast & Dinner package available at $15 pp. Bookings of 7 days get 10% discount. For 14 days or more, 15% discount. During Peak season Dec 15 - Jan 03, a 5 day minimum stay is required, and no discount applies. It is like living in a beautiful park, one that is not crowded. Pathways lead through hibiscus hedges between the villas, the pool, the poolside bar, and the restaurant. Quiet and private, yet only a short walk to the attractions of the famous surfing centre of Dominical, it seems much smaller and intimate than its 10 quad units would suggest. The lush jungle encroaches on the manicured property bringing its bird and animal noises. The monkeys make their daily migrations within sight of your private deck. Each villa is a 4-plex, ideal to share with travelling friends yet still retain your privacy, nicely decorated and each supplied with private refrigerator. Being close to nature, a few bugs come out at sunset, but you are safe behind the netting encircling your private patio. Tan yourself and finally get through that best-seller, then cool off in the pool and swim up to the bar if you like. This place is quiet, has beautiful gardens and pool, and all just a few minutes' walk to the village and beach. Holiday heaven, informal, natural, and gracious.
Family Information
Children will find this hotel very much to their liking. Kids under 5 years old stay free if sharing parent's room. Extra bed available only in Junior Suites.

Notes You are very close to nature here - marine, river, and jungle. The village is popular with the young surfing enthusiasts, which has generated over the years a delightful charm of its own. Many safe and secluded beaches are easily accessible from this hotel, and various tours and marine activities can be arranged. Don't swim in the nearby river - crocodiles are regularly seen there!

Cancellation Policy:
A 10% non-refundable deposit will be taken by Inns en Route Inc. upon confirming your reservation. An approval form will be emailed or faxed to you when you make a reservation. This must be completed by all guests. If a reservation is cancelled 22 days or more prior to arrival there is no hotel penalty. If cancelled 22 to 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged by the hotel. If cancelled 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 75% of the total amount will be taken by the hotel. If cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival or in case of no show, the total amount of the booking will be charged by the hotel. For bookings of 7 rooms or more the cancellation policy changes slightly. Please enquire for further details.
